Second Chance Animal, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization committed to promoting the humane treatment of animals, preventing animal cruelty, and ending domestic companion animal over-population.

We’re working to reach this goal by educating the public on the importance of responsible companion animal guardianship and preventing the next generation of homeless animals.  We serve the rural communities of Idaho and Washington.

ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS ARE RUN BY VOLUNTEERS SO 100% OF YOUR DONATION GOES DIRECTLY TO ANIMALS!

We believe that  EVERY animal deserves a good life and a loving home. With the support of the community, we have already been able to help thousands of animals in our local area. We hope with continued support, we will be able to grow and fight for a better world for all animals.

Volunteers walk dogs that have been chained for over a year. We work with guardians to get animals off the chain and into the home where they belong.

Here volunteers Trish and Gaby are walking “backyard dogs” that have been chained for over a year. We work with guardians to get animals off the chain and into the home where they belong.  In the meantime, we provide the dogs with exercise and proper shelter to stay dry, warm, and sane.
